In house Safety Compliance Reports
At Statewide Overhead Crane Services, we have formulated a detailed
Safety compliance report. This report is a more comprehensive inspection report, it supersedes the out dated (tick and flick) type service reports giving detailed information on equipment’s current condition, identifying possible safety or compliance breach issues, along with functionality issues.
This inspection is the same as a quarterly inspection with a lot more detail with the reporting.
This report identifies and records all data plate information including:
- Wire rope details.
- Electric motor details.
- Gearbox details.
- Cable types and lengths.
- Pendant/Remote types.
This information assists greatly with ordering parts in advance to ensure minimum downtime.
This report can be provided in electronic or hard copy.
Photos are supplied to indicate level of wear or damage to critical parts.
